I spent much of my life discovering how far the human body could go.
Tantra asked me a different question.
How deeply can I feel?
For 17 years, I played women’s football at an elite level, becoming a three time National Champion, two time Team USA Gold Medalist, and Hall of Fame athlete.
That world taught me strength, discipline, endurance, and the extraordinary capacity of the body. My own journey through injury and healing opened something deeper.
How deeply can I listen?
My deepest understanding of intimacy was forged through living it fully.
Through long term partnership, conscious nonmonogamy, and relationships with both men and women, I have explored the real terrain of desire, trust, jealousy, compersion, communication, boundaries, freedom, and connection.
I BRING ALL OF THAT LIVED EXPERIENCE INTO THE SPACE I HOLD TODAY.
Grounded.

And deeply comfortable with the complexity of being human.
That awakening became a lifelong devotion to understanding the extraordinary intelligence of the body, the power of energy, and the deeper reaches of human potential through neuromuscular therapy, bioenergetics, coaching, ceremony, and Tantra.
