Women's Football Legend
I played women’s professional football from 2001 to 2017, with 17 seasons with the DC Divas and one with the LA Amazons. Those years forged me in discipline, grit, and relentless training. I trained 10 times per week, stacking two a days even in the toughest parts of my cycle, pushing my body to its absolute edge. I thought my legacy would be only on the field. But along the way, something greater opened.
The Bridge
In 2010, ASEA came into my life through a colleague Debbie Wetzler.. At first it was about performance, running harder, recovering faster, and finding another gear when others were breaking down. Season after season, I felt my capacity expand. Yet ASEA did more than extend my career. It became a bridge. As my body strengthened, my awareness deepened. My journey with ASEA aligned with the unfolding of my spiritual awakening, guiding me to see that true leadership is about energy, coherence, and service.
Over the past 15 years, ASEA has been more than business. It has been the training ground for my soul. It required me to grow into someone who could lead not just in sport but in health, in business, and in transformation.
Warrior Iniation
When I retired in 2017, I entered a season of warrior initiation. Meditation, spiritual training, and purging medicines stripped me to the core of who I was. Ten Kambo sessions in two weeks, as I became a practitioner, opened my body, mind, and spirit to a depth I had not known before. I purged lifetimes of conditioning. I touched Source. I remembered who I am.
Embodied Leadership
My spiritual advisor and mentor, Aldo, guided me into the depths of energy work. His wisdom opened pathways I had not seen and helped me translate ceremony into embodied leadership. Years of grounding allowed me to integrate what I had experienced and step into alignment.
What has emerged is readiness, vision and focus. I am open, balanced, and aligned. I have accepted my role as Master Healer 33 — here to heal, to lead, and to guide humanity home.
